I hope that everyone has already signed up for the People's Design Awards. You can nominate all the cool designs out there  but you can only vote once so you run to www.cooperhewitt.org to cast your vote! Careful though because it is addictive.

There are so many beautiful items shown with thumbnails but the one product that stood out for me is the simple paper clip.  I use them all the time and life without this small simple item wouldn't be as sweet.  There were many good links provided also.

Donna- Your comment about the paper clip reminded me of a very creative use for paperclips my son came up with in first grade.  The class was asked how can you use paper clips other than for paper.  His answer was- ice skates for mice!

I am still looking through the thumbnails. They are so nice and varied. Some high-tech and others just so simple. From the unusual to the everyday things. kudos on this compilation and activity of the design Community!
