Thanks for sharing this Michelle. I, too, am very interested in knowing if anyone has used this. It does sound good and might be a great way to get funding for some of the projects we want to do. I registered tonight and will see about writing up one of the projects we want to do. Of course, I'd really like to hear from someone who has done this. It looks like it might be a good way to get some support from individuals and corporate sponsors. Keep us posted if you (or anyone else) decides to try this.

I haven't tried it for myself but I was given the following web address and when I checked it out it seemed reasonable. donorschoose.org Has anyone tried it? Were you successful? I was surprised at the number of seemingly successful requests for funding. I have heard and read about some great design ideas from teachers affiliated with the Cooper-Hewitt and immediately thought of all of you when I saw this website. Let me know what you think!
