Our 2010 Smithsonian Design Institute challenged teachers to design ways students can make healthier food choices at school. Based off of Jamie Oliver and IDEOs Food Revolution challenge, teachers came up with solutions from fruit and vegetable charm bracelets to cafeteria redesign.
