3D technologies in construction

Countries located in areas of unfavorable climate, the more intense is the process of introducing in the construction of new ideas and solutions. So? For example, in Kazakhstan invented a technology for the production of 3D-thermal panels. Constructed of such panels a home without additional reinforcing structures are able to survive in a hurricane, and an earthquake.

This three-dimensional structure, which is used for making galvanized steel wire with a diameter of 2 mm polystyrene density 12 kg/m2. On this design, the construction work is laid on a thick layer of concrete or mortar, composed of cement and sand. Regardless of the complexity of the project, as well as the sustainability requirements of each element of the design of the future building, these panels are able to meet all of the criteria and desires of the customers. And if you compare with the other features used in modern construction materials, 3D technology, are undoubtedly a real breakthrough on the market of building materials.

It is worth noting that all installation work when attaching panels to the Foundation, as well as the connection of the panels horizontally and vertically, must be in strict accordance with the instructions and diagrams. For the installation of sanitary ware provides the ability to delete entire sections of polystyrene, the pipe should be installed at right angles, trying to avoid cutting reinforcement. But to run a cable or wiring will need to heat the polystyrene to be able to run them through a grid of steel wire.

The next stage is coating the panels with cement mortar. Apply it mechanically or manually. The first layer is 10 mm thick and should completely cover the grid wire. After the solution was applied on the panels on both sides, it should be left to harden for the time specified in the instructions. The second layer is applied the same thickness and 5 mm. the Last layer in the middle of the buildings can be replaced with plaster. However, this decision can affect the strength of the panels.

Though polystyrene and has good characteristics to prevent steam penetration, in regions with high humidity levels it is necessary to apply additional waterproofing. This can be done simply by adding in cement spec. supplements or cover panel on the outside of the waterproofing coating.
